Great Salesman & Excellent Experience Buying New Car, A 1st Jack McVey is excellent. The only personality type which I can interact with especially when considering purchasing a vehicle - not my favorite action Jack McVey is excellent. The only personality type which I can interact with especially when considering purchasing a vehicle - not my favorite action to perform. Jack did absolutely everything perfectly - a rare occurrence in any sales interaction. I admit to being an extremely difficult customer and I applaud him for his professionalism, knowledge, understanding, and patience. I would also like to commend the following Service Dept. Personnel for their outstanding performance: Anthony & Dan. In general, although I did not get everyone's names, while waiting for my service, I did listen to the way in which the service personnel interacted with other customers. They were really great. I sincerely suggest that Tucson Subaru employ more people like these. More

Friendliest and most efficient car-buying experience. Typically when you tell someone you are planning on buying a new car, they typically reply with a cringe or an apology. If you decide to buy your car Typically when you tell someone you are planning on buying a new car, they typically reply with a cringe or an apology. If you decide to buy your car from Tucson Subaru, you deserve a hug. It's rare to work with a dealership that actually cares about their customers and wants to ensure the new car they are buying is truly a good fit. Living in Phoenix, there are several Subaru dealerships within a short drive. My husband and I had been given such an amazing recommendation by a friend, so we decided it was worth making the 4 hour round-trip drive to Tucson to pick up our beautiful new STI. Jack and Traci made everything run so smoothly and we can't thank them enough. If this tells you anything, the experience and the car (of course the car!!) were so amazing, this was actually our 2nd purchase within just a couple months. Jack and Traci walked us through both purchases, and despite being first-time Subaru owners, we will definitely see them again for the next one. Thank you both! More

Greatest buying experience ever. I have never had the experience I had at Tucson Subaru anywhere else. Not at Audi, ford, Lexus, nissan, or anywhere else have I gotten done so quickly or felt so taken care of. They are beyond organized. I live in Phoenix and I assure you it is worth the drive for the service alone, besides its faster to drive down and have them sell you a car than to paperwork at other dealerships, and I bought those cars outright so I can imagine if you're finnacing it would take even longer. Unbelievable buying experience, phenomenal staff, it's the perfect storm for car buyers, please, please go here first. More

We were greeted and offered coffee or water while we shopped and our salesman, Jack McVey, went out of his way to help in the selection process. Everything was clean and bright, and the employees seem to enjoy what they do.. The buying process was straight-forward and efficient. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone shopping for a car. More

Repeat customer, impressed again I recently bought my second Subaru from Tucson Subaru. Both times I worked with Jack McVey and had a wonderful experience. Jack is very knowledgeable I recently bought my second Subaru from Tucson Subaru. Both times I worked with Jack McVey and had a wonderful experience. Jack is very knowledgeable about the product and is attentive to his customers needs without being pushy, He test drove three different cars with me and went through the dealership's entire inventory to find the car with the options I was looking for. I truely feel like the folks at Tucson Subaru want to help you find the vehicle that best suits your needs and budget instead of just trying to up sell you every chance they get. In addition the financing process was quick and easy and Tim is the best finance manager I've ever worked with on an automobile purchase. Tucson Subaru certainly does things the right way. If you are considering a Subaru stop by and talk with them, I don't think you will be disappointed. They typically have a nice used car inventory too, both subarus and other brands. More
