He worked within my price range and that alone was a challenge. Garry is super patient. Funny too. I changed my mind several times and that was OK with him. Garry went above and beyond to get me the vehicle I was looking for. I’ve worked with three different sales consultants in the past with good success at Richard Lucas and I will certainly go back to Garry in three years when my lease is up! We recently acquired a new Forester hybrid from Richard Lucas Subaru. We lost an earlier Forester in an accident and had to acquire a replacement quickly. Lucas made that possible. Lucas had exactly what we needed in stock; John made the paperwork simple, working with both DMV and our insurance company; and he patiently showed us the car’s many new features.
