My experience with Certified Benz and Beemer (B&B) began with an internet chat session. After searching for just the right car for many months I finally found the car I wanted at B&B. My first contact began with an internet chat session. After searching for just the right car for many months I finally found the car I wanted at B&B. My first contacts were Paige Price and Don Keas in the sales department. Both were very helpful in guiding me through a long distance deal. I live near Syracuse, NY and had a car I wanted to trade-in and was not sure how to go about doing this long distance. They assured me that they could make the process very easy, and it was. They assisted me in the negotiations that I had with the buyer, Lee Grubbs. Lee was also very accommodating and made me feel that we both were getting the best deal possible. Once we agreed on a price for my trade-in and for the car I was going to purchase I dealt with Treavor Gaiser in the finance department. Treavor explained what I needed to do to secure this deal and helped me with final payment arrangements. Realizing that I was going to be driving from Syracuse to Scottsdale, Treavor worked with me so that my deal could be done within a reasonable time frame. The day that I was to arrive at the dealership, Paige Price was scheduled to be off duty. However she assured me that she would arrange her day so that she was there when I arrived, and she was. She arranged for my trade-in to be washed prior to presenting it to the Benz and Beemer buyer who would be evaluating my trade-in. The buyer on duty this day was the owner, Jack Schneider. I had a very pleasant conversation with Jack, and told him the history on the car that I was trading-in. Even though Jack had never seen my car before my arrival there was no change in the trade-in value that we had agreed upon over the phone. The last person I dealt with was Tracey Weaver in the business office. She quickly and efficiently guided me through all the paperwork needed to close the deal and get me on my way back to Syracuse, NY. I had a cashiers check ready to give her that was based on what Treavor Gaiser had told be the balance would be. It was correct to the penny. Absolutely no discrepancies. When you travel 2400 miles to make a car deal it's very reassuring NOT to have surprises, and there were none. This was one of the smoothest, most professional car dealers with whom I've had the pleasure to do business. From the first internet chat session to the final few minutes in the business office, I found B&B to be very professional, personable, and reputable in every way. More

I bought from this dealer via the internet, and will never do so again. I was skeptical of buying a car sight unseen. However, I was assured and even sent a signed document saying that I had a 24 hour t never do so again. I was skeptical of buying a car sight unseen. However, I was assured and even sent a signed document saying that I had a 24 hour test drive upon the vehicle arriving and that if I was not completely satisfied that I could return the vehicle and receive a full refund. This was a lie. I received the car at 10:15 PM on a Friday night from a truck driver that didn't seem to give a hoot about the vehicle. After a quick look-over with a flashlight, I accepted the vehicle. The next day I discovered that both front tires on the vehicle were down to the wear bars. The dealership assured me that they took every wheel off the vehicle when they had it and gave every tire a thorough inspection and that there were SEVERAL thousand miles left on the tires, despite being down to the wear bars. Their second argument was that pictures were provided of the tires on their website. However, the pictures they provided gave no indication of how much tread was on the tires. I called the salesman, James within 24 hours of receiving the vehicle and stated that the only way I wanted to keep the car was if I was given two tires. After getting the run around for 3 days, I was told they were not going to pay for tires. I then stated clearly that I wanted to return the vehicle. James told me I would have to talk to Jack for a return. Jack quickly denied being able to return the vehicle and stated that if I had wanted to return the vehicle, I was supposed to put it right back on the truck that delivered it. 100% LIE. After this option was taken away, my only other option was to accept a check for two tires, which sounded great! Problem solved, right? No. I received the check tonight and it is about $250 short of what it will cost to put two new OE tires on the car. I rated the quality of work as very bad. The window tint they put on has half-inch gaps at the tops of the windows and the door handle protectors are bubbling up. Update 12/27/2012: Jack did not like the reviews I posted and has sent me a check for the remaining balance for the cost of two new tires. More

The best started right away took care of us the way a highline dealer would. Pricing unreal. Received estimates thousands i mean thousands more for the work ness. Techs are certified from Mercedes dealers owner is great hands on very involed. You may have met him he walks around. You never know he was not just a customer. Will refer and recommend this place. It was an enjoyable experience, especially since BCC had just what I was looking for in terms of the specific vehicle and color scheme. All the folks I dealt with were friendly and helpful, and while they just what I was looking for in terms of the specific vehicle and color scheme. All the folks I dealt with were friendly and helpful, and while they were obviously looking to make a profit, I believe that they were truly looking to make a deal that was "fair" to both sides. Although I am still a buy from a "private seller" guy, if possible, I would have no hesitancy to go back to CBB if I could not find what I was looking for with a "private seller". More

We had communicated about my vehicle, sight unseen, putting some "buy bid" numbers together. I fully expeted to get offered something less once I showed up but that was not the case. The owner, Jack, took the time to inspect the car and made me what I considered to be a very fair offer. I left with a check in hand less than thirty minutes later. I will certainly be back to do business with this group. Not only was Jack helpful and honest but he gave me his card in case I ever needed anything. Now how often does the preseident of a company deal with the general public these days? To me, it speaks volumes to the level of service that you will receive at Benz and Beemer. I bought my 2007 Mini Cooper using the internet and the phone. Brian was helpful and direct, Normand straightforward and informative while Jack was pleasant to converse with. I had researched Certified Benz and Beemer's inventory online and selected the vehicles my wife and I were interested in. We drove from Yuma, Arizona to Certified Benz and Beemer in Scottsdale, Arizona. F online and selected the vehicles my wife and I were interested in. We drove from Yuma, Arizona to Certified Benz and Beemer in Scottsdale, Arizona. From the time we had arrived at the dealership we were greeted with smiles and a very friendly staff of dealer personnel. Our sales representative, Danny Quintana, went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. He worked extra hard figuring sales numbers, as we were initially interested in 3 different Corvettes, to help us decide the one to best fit are needs. He was more than accomodating allowing us to test drive multiple Corvettes without the pressure of a sales person along for the ride allowing my wife and I to make our decision. The overall pricing exchange was very fair and I would recommend this dealership to everyone. My wife I would like to thank Danny Quintana personally for being more than a sales representative, you were a gracious host. More
