I went in with a plan of action! I found what I wanted and knew what I wanted to pay per month and what I needed for my trade-ins. My first visit we where unable to reach my goal of monthly payments but M and knew what I wanted to pay per month and what I needed for my trade-ins. My first visit we where unable to reach my goal of monthly payments but Marcus called two days later with just the deal I needed for me to take action! Jack Schneider was not in for a couple of days as he was on a business trip as to why Marcus called back when he did, I am sure if Jack was in a deal would of been reached the day I was there. I must say though I was a tad upset on my first visit but like a said Marcus came back with what I needed and that was all I was asking. In the end I got what I need for my trades, got what I needed for monthly payment, got an even better interest rate then then I thought and drove out with a great car!!! I have had to bring the car back for some tinting I needed changed and it was painless and the guys where great to deal with and thus far everybody I have talked too where very nice. Even Jack Schneider was easy to talk to and I was pleased that he took the time just to chit chat with me. I love how Marcus has emailed and called me to make sure that everything has been going good with my new purchase. More

I went to Benz and Beemer to drop off my CL500 for a scheduled B service. While I was there, I met Jeff Hallenbeck. He showed me around the new store where I got a chance to look at a LOT of nice automo scheduled B service. While I was there, I met Jeff Hallenbeck. He showed me around the new store where I got a chance to look at a LOT of nice automobiles. The one the caught my attention was a 2007 all black SL550! What a beauty. I wasn't really in the buying mood, but I just had to get a closer look at that SL. Jeff and I went out on a test drive - so much fun! I wanted to show the car to my wife (and kids), so Jeff let me take the car home for the evening. After spending some time the the car, I ultimately decided not to purchase it. I know that was a let down to Jeff, but he did not pressure me whatsoever. Jeff knows that I some day I will be replacing my CL. When I do, I will certainly be purchasing from Jeff. I've purchased two cars from Benz and Beemer and I just can't say enough good things about everyone there! Jack, the owner, is extremely personable. Chris, finance, is there to help anyway he can to make the deal work for everyone. Bryan and Bill in service top notch and trustworthy. And now, I've met Jeff. As long as I'm still buying cars, I'll be purchasing from Jeff and Benz and Beemer. Thank You all! More

The sales team at Certified is far above the normal when it comes to purchasing vehicles. I say this with confidence due to the fact that I have just purchased my 3rd vehicle through this dealership. it comes to purchasing vehicles. My sales person JP along with Chris in financing went far above expectations when the dealership did not have the car I wanted to purchase on the lot. They asked me what I wanted and went to work on finding the vehicle. They were in constant contact and sent me updates as to what color and what options did I want on the vehicle. Once they found the vehicle it was like clock work to get everything completed and the deal closed. I even had the pleasure of meeting the owner Jack and he personally inspected my car and told me what was needed to be done before I took possesion of the car. I have purchased over 10 vehicles in my lifetime so far and I have never experienced anything like this in service. In my line of work I deal with service and sales all day long and if I had a team of professionals like the ones that helped me complete this deal, I would be very happy to know that my business will be around for a very long time!!! Very good experience. The car is in great condition and runs great after about a month of ownership. No issues at all. They told me before I test drove the vehicle that they had already ordered front bra runs great after about a month of ownership. No issues at all. They told me before I test drove the vehicle that they had already ordered front brake rotors to fix a vibration. When I picked the vehicle up it was perfect. They bought me a smoothie from the place across the street while I was waiting which was very nice. Great buying experience. It didn't take forever to go through the paperwork either. More
