I purchased a $70000 truck, 2018 ram, with 48000 miles that within 3 days the ABS light came on I take it back to them and they clear the code and tell me they can't get it to come back on to fix it. I pi that within 3 days the ABS light came on I take it back to them and they clear the code and tell me they can't get it to come back on to fix it. I picked the truck up from them and within a mile of leaving the dealership the light comes back on and they are telling me that they cannot service it because it is not a Ford and I need to take it to ram. More

Jackie was very helpful and vehicle was priced fairly. Transaction was smooth and I traveled over 100 miles to purchase out of my state with no issues from this dealership. Need a Ford, go see them. They made it really easy for me, they even brought me my truck and took my trade-in back. That being great, I wouldn't buy unseen again. The folks at Herlong Ford were so great to work with - especially my sales consultant, Jackie Mack. I found the vehicle I wanted online and, as I'm located 200 miles away from the dealership, took care of especially my sales consultant, Jackie Mack. I drove down the next day to finalize everything - it was so worth the trip! They definitely did everything right and made the buying process easy - I've bought quite a few cars, and this was hands-down the best experience I've ever had. More
