I can't say enough nice things about this dealership. Ralph answered my email query almost immediately and told me he had a car coming in that was just what I wanted. He did indeed. The vehicle went thro Ralph answered my email query almost immediately and told me he had a car coming in that was just what I wanted. He did indeed. The vehicle went through the Lexus certification process and what I received was as good as new. Beautiful job of prep and detail. Though I had owned an identical Lexus previously, Jackson made sure I knew all the tech ins and outs, and linked my phone and HomeLink with the car as well. Dale was great to work with in finance. He made spending a bunch of money fun. Once the deal was done, Ralph drove to the rental store and picked me up after dropping off my rental. The dealership was immaculate and attractive. Everyone I encountered was beyond pleasant and helpful. My only regret is that I live in Nashville and won't be able to get my Lexus serviced at this dealership. However, when it comes time to buy another Lexus, I think I'll make the journey to Chattanooga again. More

Marc was able to help us find a vehicle that met our specifications when another more local dealer was unwilling to go the extra distance to help. Although we only met at closing, he was great at keepin specifications when another more local dealer was unwilling to go the extra distance to help. Although we only met at closing, he was great at keeping us updated on the progress of the production and delivery schedule of the car. At delivery, Jackson spent a lot of time methodically going over the setup and operation of the car and was very patient as we stumbled through. All in all a very nice experience. I just wish we were closer to allow them to continue to service the car for us going forward. I will definitely recommend Marcus and the dealership to friends. More
