What a voice and face of the dealership! I'm at the start of my search and I had heard about the great reputation of the dealership. I have also been told by my friends that Mazdas are high quality cars these days and that I should strongly consider the brand. I walked into the dealership recently without an appointment, and was immediately greeted by a hugely friendly and authentic young salesman named Jackson. I was so impressed with his professionalism, plus his sincerity and his instant ability to answer all my complicated questions. Truly, this fellow is a tremendous voice and face of the dealership. I didn't initiation a sale ... not yet ... and the way I was treated by Jackson when I said I was going to keep looking, reviewing, and researching, was so professional and sincere once again. Will I be back to buy from Jackson at Mazda of Roswell? More than likely! More

We recently had several major life events happen within a period of weeks, moving from out of state, buying a new home, and the birth of twins. In the midst of all this we had need to get a new car to accom period of weeks, moving from out of state, buying a new home, and the birth of twins. In the midst of all this we had need to get a new car to accommodate the growing family. Mark and Jackson were fantastically patient as we worked through the process of evaluating our options, letting us test car seats and do an extended test drive. Louis did a great job helping us navigate the complexities of an out of state trade in and even helped us save money by pointing out things we would have never considered. All in all very satisfied with everyone at Mazda of Roswell. Will return for my next purchase. More

The dealership building gives a presence of modern when you walk in. It took a second before I was bombarded by sales, everything was paced however I wanted it, and the staff was incredibly friendly throug you walk in. Everything was transparent until we got to the financing part, I didn't feel as if I had any options and it was this is what you can get, and I don't feel it's a bad deal I just would want more of a chance to review terms and see options. Overall it's a good experience and I am glad I walked through the door. I have a fun car and feel the staff here will help me keep it on the road for years to come. More
