I was leaning towards Carmax because we have had a pleasant experience with them prior and because I hated the typical pushiness and long negotiations of most dealerships when car shopping, and that was what I expected coming into Leith. Fortunately, Kennis made it painless. He was not pushy and understood our situation and why we needed to keep it at a certain price point. He was also very patiently waiting while my husband looked over the cars. Bottom line, not feeling pressured, rushed or like you are just another sale made the experience very pleasant. Jacky was also great. He took the time to look at the numbers, made different suggestions and we finally decided on what worked best for us.
