Horrible experience Went in to purchase hoping to take a civic home with me. However, the finance guy (Jacky Hwong) was very rude. Probably didnt even try to run my credit score until I opted him too. Didnt work with me at all and all he offered was judgement. He was laughing at me when I said that he wasnt giving me a good deal. He was rude and condecending, treating me like I was stupid. I know enough about dealerships and It was not my first time buying a car. I have gone to the process before with other dealerships and they treated me with respect and courtesy. He just judged and laughed. Felt very wrongly treated and would never give them my money. More

He was extremely condescen We give this review a "2 - salesman Ray Qada, gets a "5", but Jacky Hwang, Finance Mgr, gets a "1", which skews the rating. He was extremely condescending, and LAUGHED AT US (mockingly) when we refused his attempts to sell an extended warranty. He told an "untruth" when we asked if we had to decide on a warranty right then, stating Honda only offers extend warranties "at time of purchase". That is simply not true. He further stated that Honda's paint jobs aren't what they used to be, are soft, and not covered under warranty. Don't be fooled into thinking you have to make decisions about extended warranties the day of purchase under SO much pressure after being presented with a chart FULL of options with different deductibles, coverages, time frames, etc. It's a lot to process and you need time to research, do the math, and decide if it's worth it - and most times they are not. It's no mystery the finance mgr is an important, integral part of the profit margin and "highly trained" in pitching and closing the product/finance options. But, when it involves deceiving the customer and treating them like they are complete idiots in order to accomplish that goal, that's inexcusable. We completed their survey a couple of wks ago and told someone would contact us, hasn't happened - just the automated, generic response. If we don't hear from them we can only assume their "customer satisfaction is our most important goal" is a crock, and they do not care if their employees lie to their customers. More

To make a long story short, they were great and I was given an awesome deal on a 2016 Honda Accord. It warmed my heart to give Mike Anbar his first deal during his first week at Leith! I can't say enough about the customer service I received from Jacky! Leith is the way to go! Ask for Mike A., Cray, and definitely Jacky! More

Another great Honda buying experience! We have become a Honda family, and part of the reason is because of the service and quality relationship we have with the salespeople at Leith Honda. Marvin Camper has been selling us cars for many years, giving us updates on new options or deals and patiently waiting until we are ready. Jacky in finance also remembers us and treats us with professionalism and kindness. My husband and I commented that it's nice to go somewhere and be known and appreciated as customers, which we do here. More

The sales rep., Ray Qadar, seemed confused and not informed about the deals and the finance experience was even worse. We had to come back the next day and was ignored for hours by the finance rep. I was embarrassed to have had brought my daughter to Leith. More

I originally test drove an HR-V and had been excited for it, but found it to be too small. I ended up going with a CR-V which I found on the dealership website. I contacted Rick and let him know I was interested to purchase the vehicle. When I arrived, Rick was ready, offer in place (couldn't beat it!), car ready to go. I was in and out in no-time, keys in hand! I would highly recommend asking for Rick Wheeler for any purchases/inquiries at Leith Honda! Jacky was also excellent handling the finances and had me in and out quick. Not because I was rushed but because everything was organized and in place. No one wants to be kept up at the dealership. They're ready to drive out in their new purchase. Everyone there made it an excellent visit. More
