No Pressure...best service...best price. I was in the look-mode for a SUV one step down from our Highlander. I had already decided to buy one that lasts...meaning that I needed to buy either a Honda or a Toyota (my bibliography consists of Consumer Reports:) The finals consisted of Toyota RAV4 and the Honda CR-V. It didn't take Sales/Leasing Consultant Alex Quintana very long to convince me that you just get more car for the money when you go with the CR-V. I second-guessed Alex all weekend and studied what they had to offer right beside what my nearest Toyota dealership could do. The leasing option left the RAV4 in the dust. It truly was an offer I couldn't refuse. And Alex worked hard for me along the way. Financial guru Jacky Hwang made the "gulp...what have I done!" part near-bout enjoyable. He even complimented me on my credit score...thanks Jacky, that was very much.appreciated. I recommend these two guys wherever they work, now and into the future...Leith Honda is blessed to have them on their team. Thanks guys! P.S. Please don't tell my wife...it's a surprise! More

He didn't have the pushy tactics that you normally equate a salesman with. He was honest in his opinion and didn't try to over sell the vehicle to us. In the end, we found what features that were important to us in the van and left the dealership very pleased. Dealing with Jacky in Finance was easy too. After signing the endless pile of paperwork that goes with buying a new car, we felt relieved and excited about our purchase. He's patient, courteous, kind, respectful of folks who don't know alot about cars, and are only seeking simple, reliable transportation, and REALLY knows his Hondas. My total car purchase experience was efficient, thorough, and enjoyable. I have exactly the car I wanted, at exactly the price I expected to pay. This has been my experience in the past with Nahru and Leith Honda, and it continues. It was a plus to be able to do most of our transaction via email, phone, extremely professional in terms of current best practices in the business world. Great service from great guys ... thanks Mick and Jacky! I was interested in buying a certified pre-owned Honda CR-V and visited Leith Honda today with the intent of 'just looking.' Mick greeted me outside I was interested in buying a certified pre-owned Honda CR-V and visited Leith Honda today with the intent of 'just looking.' Mick greeted me outside the door and quickly led me to several options after hearing my wish list. He answered all my questions thoughtfully and never made me feel pressured or uncomfortable. Very professional and personable. To my surprise, I was able to make a decision fairly quickly after a test drive and decided to buy after seeing a 2012 CR-V marked down $2000. Mick made the process completely painless and was very helpful, even calling my insurance company and talking to the agent to switch my coverage to my 'new' CR-V. I appreciated the complete transparency of the negotiations around the price of my certified car as well as my trade-in on my Honda Odyssey. No more silly walks to the office to discuss heaven knows what ... all the questions and answers were done right in front of me with my full knowledge. And Jacky was super efficient with the finances, moving the process as quickly as it could possibly go and walking through all the financing options very clearly. I haven't bought a car at a dealership since 1989 but was really happy with my experience today. Mick and Jacky were knowledgeable, respectful, highly professional and just plain nice. Our sales experience with John Oliver was both congenial and quite satisfying with John's patience as he explained every aspect of our model choice of Odyssey. John, combined with Jacky Hwang for finalizing our financing options was comfortable as there was no pressure for our additional options of extended service, Simonize paint treatment, & etc. Each of these three at Leith deserve "full 10's". In addition to all this, Dylan's patient assistance in coupling our two cell phones with Bluetooth was great too. More
