The sales rep., Ray Qadar, seemed confused and not informed about the deals and the finance experience was even worse. We had to come back the next day and was ignored for hours by the finance rep. I was embarrassed to have had brought my daughter to Leith. More

I originally test drove an HR-V and had been excited for it, but found it to be too small. I ended up going with a CR-V which I found on the dealership website. I contacted Rick and let him know I was interested to purchase the vehicle. When I arrived, Rick was ready, offer in place (couldn't beat it!), car ready to go. I was in and out in no-time, keys in hand! I would highly recommend asking for Rick Wheeler for any purchases/inquiries at Leith Honda! Jacky was also excellent handling the finances and had me in and out quick. Not because I was rushed but because everything was organized and in place. No one wants to be kept up at the dealership. Daniel is the BEST! Buying a new car is difficult and stressful at best, but Daniel Harris made it an enjoyable experience. He is a dynamic young man who puts the customer at ease and listens to not only what you have to say but how you say it. Although I pretty much knew I wanted the car before I went to the dealership (internet saves SO much time), I didn't feel pressured or rushed into buying. Daniel was extremely informative about the car and was willing to work hard to make the sale possible. The only thing negative I can say about the experience is that there MUST be a way to do quicker paperwork, but Jacky Hwang did a fine job of explaining each piece before I signed. I returned the car for its Simonization/Glass Coat and was immediately greeted by Daniel as he processed the service. This is the first time I have ever had a salesman greet me happily AFTER he's sold the car. Most have moved on to the next sale. I hope Daniel will my salesman whenever I buy another car, but feel he will move up in a Car Dealership quickly. Hopefully, Leith will reward his ability and keep him with Leith. More
