We had tried several other dealerships in Illinois and Missouri to no avail and were starting to become stressed with the whole car buying process. However, when Mr. Adrian reached out to me on the phone, I was 90% sure of what I would be paying when I made the hour long trip out to Dean Team Hyundai. There were no hidden surprises and I would highly recommend giving Mr. Adrian and this dealership a try. Manager Scott Varnum was also very professional and seemed to genuinely care that we had a pleasant experience. We will definitely be back in a few years!! More

Purchased a vehicle from them several years ago, good vehicle but very bad sales experience. Pleased to report however that this time around the sales experience was much, much better. My sales rep, Jacob, worked with me first to find the vehicle with the features I required, and then on price until we came to an agreement that worked for both the dealer and myself. A bit more time than I would have liked with the finance guy (the only reason this review is not 5 star) but other than that, a good experience. More

Super Nice They were so nice, treated you with respect, and offered us a fair deal. Bought a new Santa Fa, it was easy a very nice atmosphere everyone was great. Jacob A was Amazing! I recently totaled my car and was looking for a new car. I saw one on the Dean Team website that I wanted, the 2019 Hyundai Kona. When I arrived everyone was especially courteous and everyone was prompt. My sales guy was Jacob, who was PHENOMENAL. I told him what I wanted, what I wanted to put down, and that if he could deliver in my price range, he'd have a immediate sale. Jacob was able to do that, and was not pushy like most sales guys. He genuinely listened, and he delivered exactly what I wanted, a 2019 Hyundai Kona at a great price! He helped me get the paperwork done, didn't leave me sitting there in the cubicle, and he always had a smile on his face. He even called in to check on my new car a few days later after I purchased it. That shows he cares, and it shows that Dean Team puts the customer first. I will shop from them again, and I can't wait to see them for my car preventative maintenance. Wonderful dealer. More

We spoke on the phone and I told him what I was looking for and I made an appointment to see him the next day. When I arrived at the dealership the car was ready to go. I drove the car and knew this was the one I wanted. Jake helped me every step of the way. He made buying a car painless! I was in and out in under 3 hours. I told him what I was looking for and he said that the Dean Team had several Jacob emailed me after receiving my information from Sam's Club/TrueCar. He must be a mind reader because he pulled a Santa FE up for a test drive with everything I wanted in it and then some. The only problem is my car is so new and pretty, I'm hesitant to drive it. :-) More
