Buying the car was great. Getting in to service said vehicle to maintain their warranty is ridiculous. They do not do oil changes on the weekends. You can only go there to not void your warranty. Then y vehicle to maintain their warranty is ridiculous. They do not do oil changes on the weekends. You can only go there to not void your warranty. Then your supposed to schedule your appointment at least a week in advance. This is an ongoing issue we have had since February when we bought our car. We will never buy for this dealership again. Its almost impossible for people who work to schedule maintenance as you almost always have to take off work but cant guarantee your mileage usage so then you'll have to keep track of several numbers to not void your warranty. More

We had driven other vehicles (makes and models), over the pa My wife and son test drove a 2020 Hyundai Tuscon, Wednesday evening before Thanksgiving. We had driven other vehicles (makes and models), over the past few weeks, but not a Hyundai. Jacob was very friendly and knowledgeable, about the vehicle, and was not "pushy". He called my wife to follow up on Friday, to make an appointment for me, to come back up with my wife, see the vehicle that late afternoon. We loved the vehicle and decided to purchase it, but would have to come back up Saturday to finish the process, since I had a short window for time, due to a previous planned engagement. Jacob said they believe they could get everything completed and out within the given window of time. Him and the team made it happen. We were out of there on time and heading home in our new Tuscon. More

I'd recommend the Sales rep. The Sales rep Jacob Adrian was decent and amicable. Not pushy and answered all of my questions. I would definitely consult with him for buying a new vehicle in the future. So why the 3 star? The finance manager was aggressive and didn't want to take no for an answer. I'm sure he was just doing his job and makes commission off the extended warranties. But I can get that elsewhere cheaper and without it making interest off the loan. Lastly, they lost the second key/fob and claimed they'll mail me a new one. I'll change the star rating if that happens. This was a brand new 2020 Kona. More

The hand off to Jacob was smooth and he was able to get me all the information I needed. Very professional, but even more importantly, he was extremely approachable and personable. He had no problems showing me several cars as I kept changing my mind and he worked with me in the end to get the best deal possible in terms that were mutually beneficial. He was very straightforward about the process, which I really appreciate. It was my second car this week from Dean Team (long story) and I couldn’t recommend Dean Team it Jacob more. Thanks for taking the stress out of car shopping in what was an other wise extremely stressful and chaotic week. We love our two new Elantras. More

Another great experience with Dean Team! I leased a 2017 Tuscon from the Dean Team, and it was time for lease end. I was in communication with Jamel prior to my visit, and Jacob helped me upo I leased a 2017 Tuscon from the Dean Team, and it was time for lease end. I was in communication with Jamel prior to my visit, and Jacob helped me upon my arrival on Saturday. We test drove a 2019, and ultimiately, that is what I chose. Jacob was very helpful and knowledgable. The entire Dean Team staff has been great to work with, during my last lease, and expect that to continue with my new lease. More
