Customer dedication We were "window" shopping from inside our car looking for SUV options and Richard Gravilla approached us in a very friendly manner and after chatting We were "window" shopping from inside our car looking for SUV options and Richard Gravilla approached us in a very friendly manner and after chatting about what we were looking for and taking account of my choice of color and options, we gave him my cell phone number so he could let me know if he was able to locate something that might fit what we were looking for. Rich texted me on Monday with a possibility but we were unable to come look on Monday or Tuesday so we arranged a time for Wednesday Nov 8 at 3:30 ... and just before 8 PM we had a deal for a 2016 Rogue. Rich brought in his manager Ralph Fast and Ralph was able to complete the deal for us. And finance Jason Clark was very thorough with all the details of the financing. More
