They had honesty, integrity, and a sense of humanity in an industry that often is void of these things. By the end of my experience, Danielle, Jim Pitka, Ralph, all felt like friends I've known for years and would feel natural at my holiday dinner table. They connected with me, they connected me to a new car, and they truly made a customer for life. It's not always about the numbers (most of the time it is, lol, but you get the point). In this case, the number was 1, and they made me feel like I was their only customer. Save yourself the hassle and haggle of buying a car and just one stop shop here. Each was accommodating, took the time to explain in detail how things worked, and assured that we were satisfied before we left. Kris is a knowledgable salesman who is not high pressure. Jim is a great deal maker who is empathetic and considerate. Jacob did a great job getting us the best financing.
