Excellent experience We entered the dealership and were immediately greeted by receptionists and offered refreshments. We were assigned Steve Johnson as our salesman. Turned out to be what was probably the best car buying experience I EVER had. Steve is nearly a 20 year veteran of infiniti, and the dealership. To say he knew the product would be an understatement. He was a straight shooter and had a great personality. We know where we are going shopping when my wife is ready for another car. More

Great, painless experience, no games played Although my wife has been getting her car serviced here for almost 10 years, I started out my search using TrueCar through my employee benefit hub. I Although my wife has been getting her car serviced here for almost 10 years, I started out my search using TrueCar through my employee benefit hub. I was contacted by several dealers, Infiniti of CH was just one of them. They didn't come in the lowest with their pricing initially, but since my wife had a favorable experience with their service department, I decided to deal with them first in person. Email communication was prompt and straightforward with Nina. I took the day off planning on test driving the Q50 Sport and Red Sport. Upon arriving at the dealership I noticed how nice and well maintained it was. We were introduced to Jeff, our salesperson. He was very personable and seemed very knowledgable of the cars. I've had previous buying experiences where I knew more about the car I was purchasing than the employees. Not so with Jeff. He ran through the differences in features and performance with the two cars I was considering (never really considered the Sport but I wanted to compare the two.) The test drive was great. Jeff let my wife and I go out on our own and he insisted we take as long as we want. "Don't come back in 5 minutes." We took full advantage of this with both cars and it allowed us to really compare the performance. After deciding on the Red Sport 400, it was time to talk numbers. Jeff never made me feel pressured. I was expecting several back and forth negotiations, but really, he just said, "what's the price you're looking for." We told him if you hit this price we'll take it today. He showed it to his sales manager and that was it. No fuss, no making it seem like I was taking food off his table. Financing was also a breeze. Jacob, the finance manager never pressured me into any extended warranties or extras. I did purchase tire and wheel protection, which came with a bunch of extras, because of the cost of the run flats and the 19" wheels. I've had this protection before on my other vehicles and they've paid for themselves. He knocked down the price on it so, why not? But the no pressure selling extended warranties was appreciated. Jacob even said, Infiniti has a great warranty so maybe take a look at this as the factory warranty runs out. After the ink dried on the deal, we walked out the the service bay where Andreas gave me a run down of the car's features. I'm not quite sure what his full role in the business is, but he seemed knowledgable of both the cars features and potential customization opportunities. He gave me a great price on tinting the windows, plus, gave me some info on mods that will up the performance and looks while keeping the warranty. I've only had the car a few days, but if my wife's experience of a decade with this dealership is what I can expect, I'll have no regrets on this purchase. More

We talked about my work for a bit and he was happy about it. He's a guy with curiosity. Other sales employees are nice, too. The only thing I recommend them improve in the future is that please be more patient with customers. We know that it is a way to get deals done, but rushing still feels non-ideal. They are very professional, though, and the deal was satisfactory. So all in all I remember almost only the good parts. An update: Problems exist for the vehicle. Have visited 3 times trying to solve them. For the 3rd visit they couldn't even identify the problem but I showed the noise to the technician and he heard it. I am keeping my faith and let's see how it goes. More
