There was a bit of confusion re: that when I called several times to see if part had come in. After talking to my sales person, Garrett, he made sure the follow thru was taken care of. I want to say this was the most pleasant car buying experience I've EVER had. I told Garrett what I wanted, my price range & my payment needs. There was no haggling, no trying to go outside my ranges. It was completed & paperwork ready for me to sign in record time. I've loved my Veloster since I drove off the lot. (Note I previously owned a 2016 Veloster.) The service dept went over & above in getting my repair done & making sure I had a ride back to pick the car up when ready. The service waiting area is exceptionally clean, airy, large & welcoming. They have always had a generous supply of food, snacks & a large diversity of cold & hot drinks. I have already passed the word to all my friends about how easy it was to deal with Tameron. More
