Because I had a broken leg and could not drive, I fully expected to be charged for the pick up and delivery service and it was a wonderful surprise that Randy Marion made this a complimentary service. Also Dante, the driver was a very polite and nice person. The time frame for the service was exceptional. Aaron was excellent—friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. The dealership itself was clean and well-maintained, making for a great first impression. However, our experience with Keel pleasure to work with. The dealership itself was clean and well-maintained, making for a great first impression. However, our experience with Keely was disappointing. When Aaron first introduced us, Keely was all smiles, thanking us for being loyal Subaru owners and asking about our past vehicles. But once we sat down to finalize the paperwork, his demeanor changed drastically. His attitude made us feel unimportant, despite the fact that we were purchasing the most expensive car on the lot. He angrily tapped on his computer desk and bluntly/shortly explained documents which left us unsettled and questioning whether we should go through with the purchase. On a positive note, Aaron also introduced us to the service department, where Jacob was just as friendly and professional. While Aaron and Jacob made a great impression, I can’t say the same for Keely. I wouldn’t recommend working with him. More
