I was called to bring my car in for a recall and that it
would only take 10 min and I'd be done. The guys that called (Brian) told me they would throw in any merch or a detail for having to bring the car in

They tell me I need to schedule an appointment to bring the car back in and get it worked on. They tell me it will only take 1hour or so to complete and again we will throw in some merch/detail when you come back to get it. I drop the car off at 11a.m. They tell me they will call me when it's ready, but should be an hour or so. They never call me back, so I reach out around 4 asking when my car will be ready. They send a message back saying 5:30pm. When I picked the car up everyone else was gone and I never received any of the "free" stuff they promised. So I wasted hours of my time here and didn't have my car for an entire day. I shouldn't have 3 recalls the first couple years of owning my car... And they can just be straight up and honest when trying to schedule these things.

I hesitate to respond to any more of these rating surveys, I get no feedback, and nothing new happens to improve the situation. I did not rate Kevin, Chris Marritt, Blalock, Thompson, Threet. Don't believe I've met them. Only contact with sales: "would I consider trading up today?" Well, I guess int's never wrong to ask for the sale, but prospects do not look favorable.
