Had the chance to speak to one of the managers, Andre, and things immediately went downhill. He was extremely defensive when it came to pricing (which he obviously came up with in his office) and he was w and things immediately went downhill. He was extremely defensive when it came to pricing (which he obviously came up with in his office) and he was willing to cut corners to close on a deal (even tried selling me a defective car). Ended up ripping the price sheet when I decided to walk away. I wouldn't want to purchase my car here - look at other dealerships and do your business elsewhere, thanks! More

Awful, they listed a car that was not available, told us the car was available 30 minutes before we arrived, then told us that car was not on the lot we arrived. They apologized for the “misunderstanding” a the car was available 30 minutes before we arrived, then told us that car was not on the lot we arrived. They apologized for the “misunderstanding” and offered us the opportunity to put a deposit on that model of vehicle they’d have in two weeks. Dishonest bait and switch. They also won’t stop emails/texts/calls even after you tell them to stop contacting you. More

Jacque's pic makes me laugh because he's so much more friendly than that. He's a straight shooter who answers questions and is a pleasure to have on the test drive, unlike others. He's knowledgeable and friendly than that. He's a straight shooter who answers questions and is a pleasure to have on the test drive, unlike others. He's knowledgeable and will find answers when he doesn't have them. In the past, sales people negotiated price; Heritage doesn't, so Jacque gets out of the way, but admits when something is wrong--like a prior (departed) administrator who way undid Jacque's good sales process. Outside of the service dept. not returning a call or two, this is a good place to do business now, especially with Jacque--and fellow salesman Eduard, and Steven in Finance; no pressure. We have bought three cars off him (and a fourth off Heritage in a prior era). Tell Jacque Wayne sent you. More
