Jacque showed us the exact vehicle we came in to the dealership to see. He thoroughly walked us through each step of the buying process while explaining what was going on and why. This was very helpful for two people who are fairly green to the car buying experience. Jacque not only demonstrated all of the features of the car we were interested in, but also gave insight to the history of those features and the model itself.
