The study carols allows me to make the best use of the time. Good updating on repair progress. All personnel are courteous and go out of their way to be helpful. When the customer rep does not have all the info for answering questions, the rep asks someone who does know. They don't try to fudge the answer. Honesty and competence are critical to me. They photograph the car when it is driven in. There are no disputes about when a ding occurred. My only criticism is that their online scheduling doesn't work and hasn't worked for a long time. Either fix it or take it down. Excellent dealership in which all the bases have been covered. More
