Purchased a Pre-owned Volvo XC60 from John Bodmann at the McGrath Volvo in fort Myers. Took it home and showed my Fiancé her new car and she instant fell in love. Came back the following day, to finish paper McGrath Volvo in fort Myers. Took it home and showed my Fiancé her new car and she instant fell in love. Came back the following day, to finish paperwork. They asked me if I was happy and satisfied the only thing that I asked of them was to replace The two front tires as they were very low on tread. Kenny Wadman their sales manager, John and myself went out to look at the car. Kenny took one look at the tires and said you are absolutely right we will have two new tires here by tomorrow at no charge, and I had an appointment 10 minutes later. Customer service rated at 11/10. More

The service department is horrible especially the guy that works in the parts, I have called numerous times and left messages for him to call me back and he never did. My car is there for service and he that works in the parts, I have called numerous times and left messages for him to call me back and he never did. My car is there for service and he said they will have it for a day, never heard from them that my car is done or they will have it another day. I tried calling numerous times and cannot get a hold of the service department to see if my car is done or not. There customer service is horrible More

The dealership was amazing! Cody knew exactly what i wanted before I even did, he was able to pick out the car down to the color and interior with just a simple conversation before I arrived there.
