Robb and Jade were excellent in helping me test drive and purchase my first Q7 Prestige SUV. Initially I was dreading having to visit few Audi dealers. But that didn’t happen this time with me. Excellent purchasing experience the sales coordinator lady: Jade is very nice, compare to other Audi stores in the same day I had visited, i felt just at home, this made me like this the sales coordinator lady: Jade is very nice, compare to other Audi stores in the same day I had visited, i felt just at home, this made me like this store immediately, and the young handsome sales boy: Stavros is also very nice and patience to me, he walked with me through two of their inventory lots, seriously helped me to look for my favor "Orca Black" color, although at that time, we couldn't find the exactly color I liked, Stavros spent a lot of time help me to search from their sales network, finally we found one. it was very excellent experience to me, so I decided to order the car on that day. More

Straight Up! After a lengthy search for a CPO Q5 I connected with sales rep Chris Riches. Low mileage, B & O stereo were tops on my list. I own 3 other Audi's and After a lengthy search for a CPO Q5 I connected with sales rep Chris Riches. Low mileage, B & O stereo were tops on my list. I own 3 other Audi's and appreciate Audi's quality and styling. Jade set up my appointment, discussed the car while test driving with Chris and agreed on a purchase price. No pressure approach made the process very comfortable. A thorough explanation of the Q5 features was provided by Chris upon pick up a few days later. My first Car and the Best experience ever! I was shopping around for an Audi A5 cabriolet when I stumbled on Audi Princeton. I made a phone call and on the other end of the line was a lady who I was shopping around for an Audi A5 cabriolet when I stumbled on Audi Princeton. I made a phone call and on the other end of the line was a lady who introduced herself as Jade, the Audi Princeton sales coordinator. I discussed with Jade my needs and also shared with her my fears on getting the car of my choice. Jade was attentive throughout the talk ( sign of a good listener) she then requested me to stay on the line as she consulted with her sales team. It took less than 5 minutes and Jade was back with the response that was to be the beginning of our business. She recommended that I create some time and go to the office so they could better understand a way of helping me. I never wanted to waste any more time as her tone was very warm and assuring. I took the calculated risk and travelled to N.J. from Allentown PA. On my arrival ( after approximately two hrs) I was met by Jade who firmly shook my hand and introduced me to Brandyn, one of the sales executive who was to work on my case. Jade never stopped there, she followed up and ensured that I had a cup of coffee and snack beside me. How else could I possibly describe this place? Audi Princeton has the best sales team. Jade rocks, she’s passionate on what she does as a sales coordinator. Thank you Jade! I will be back soon for more business with Audi Princeton. More

It is well run by genuinely nice professional people. Randy Vogt in the sales department is a joy to work with. He knew all the operational components of the Audi Q5 I was interested in purchasing. He answered all my questions and worked with me on getting the exact car I wanted. He was respectful, knowledgeable and followed up on everything we talked about. It does not get better than that. More
