Each time we shop around looking for the be We now have three Subaru's in the family, a 2014 Crosstrek Hybrid, a 2017 Outback and now a 2018 Forester. Each time we shop around looking for the best overall car value that fits our current needs. This time around we wanted a car with the safety detection features that made the most sense for us, one that both alerts and automatically assists in needed situations. We spent considerable back and forth time with our sales consultant Sean Johnson over a period of about a month, he gave us direct answers to our questions and concerns, no selling, no pressure. He responded quickly and professionally each time and we give him our highest recommendation. We also appreciate the way the finance manager, Louie Ascencio handled the signing and documents, he was friendly, patient and informative with no sales pressure for add-ons. We would highly recommend Sean and Louie, and plan to work with them again when the time comes for another car. We also appreciate the courtesy given us by Kathy Roach a welcoming representative to the Subaru showroom, and to Jade Hilliard who uncovered some needed warranty work on our Crosstrek during our sales visit. Our overall experiences with Tucson Subaru are positive, so we feel very comfortable recommending them to family and friends. More

Great service As with everything else I have experienced as a Subaru owner, the service at Tucson Subaru was excellent and completed in time promised. The customer lounge was comfortable AND offered outlets and WiFi so that I was able to work remotely. Anyone who doesn't drive a Subaru is really missing out. More

Friendly and prompt service!!! From out of town visiting family and was in need of a remote key. The second we pulled into the dealer we were treated with absolute priority care. Referred to Scott who made sure he fully understood what we needed and got the key ordered. Next day we were turned over to Jade who scheduled us for a key programming immediately. Not only was the order expedited and got us taken care of a day early but the key was done quickly also. More

Warranty repair We were experiencing a problem with the door or the storage compartment (pocket) sticking. Our car was checked in and Jade was assigned to manage the service. She was friendly, courteous, and knowledge about our problems. She has the problem looked at for blockage or skew in the door track. None was found, but the service department replace the unit just to ensure the problem would not resurface. The whole process took a little over an hour so I just waited in the lounge. We continue to be extremely pleased with our car (Outback) and the treatment we have received by Tucson Subaru. More
