Each time we shop around looking for the best overall car value that fits our current needs. This time around we wanted a car with the safety detection features that made the most sense for us, one that both alerts and automatically assists in needed situations. We spent considerable back and forth time with our sales consultant Sean Johnson over a period of about a month, he gave us direct answers to our questions and concerns, no selling, no pressure. He responded quickly and professionally each time and we give him our highest recommendation. We also appreciate the way the finance manager, Louie Ascencio handled the signing and documents, he was friendly, patient and informative with no sales pressure for add-ons. We would highly recommend Sean and Louie, and plan to work with them again when the time comes for another car. We also appreciate the courtesy given us by Kathy Roach a welcoming representative to the Subaru showroom, and to Jade Hilliard who uncovered some needed warranty work on our Crosstrek during our sales visit. Our overall experiences with Tucson Subaru are positive, so we feel very comfortable recommending them to family and friends. More

Great service As with everything else I have experienced as a Subaru owner, the service at Tucson Subaru was excellent and completed in time promised.
