I left my car here to get it fixed and they kept it for 6 days and didn’t say anything until I got there when it was done. They told me they gave my parts I had specifically ordered for me to another person days and didn’t say anything until I got there when it was done. They told me they gave my parts I had specifically ordered for me to another person and proceeded to not tell me or keep me updated. Then when I came to pick up my car they broke my windshield wipers and kept using them to the point it scratched my windshield. They also decided to lose to screws from some parts in my engine and decided to use zip ties without saying anything. More

IMy “advisor” gave me several different “reasons” why they could not update my software, which was the main reason I came in. After he unsold me in services I probably didn’t need, while waiting for my c they could not update my software, which was the main reason I came in. After he unsold me in services I probably didn’t need, while waiting for my car, I called Hyundai Custer service as was told the dealer can and should update it. After dealing with the manager and waiting several hours, I was driven home and told the car would take at least 5 more hours to update. At home, looked up the information on Hyundai’s website and found out it should take 20 minutes to 3 hours. I called the dealer after they had had my car five hours and asked about progress. They claimed they had to start over and it wouldn’t be ready. I told them to stop and picked up my car. When I did, my “advisor” Jae Kim gave me several more conflicting and false excuses, lied about the events that had happened when I first brought the car in, and never made any effort to take responsibility for his actions. The manager never followed up with me. I will not bring my car back to this dealership or purchase a vehicle from them. They are dishonest and untrustworthy More

I took my 2022 Ioniq 5 in for service after running over a large pothole. Two tires on the right side were blown and I had to tow my car. Initial assessment was two new tires and alignment. Since it was a Saturday and the tires are out of stock, I was given end of Monday to finish the service. I got a call from Jae Lee and was informed that the front rim was bent and needed to fix. It would take an extra day. I agreed and requested to put two new tires and un-damaged rims in the front and old tires with damaged rims in the back. I followed up on Tuesday and it was not finished and was told that it would take another day. I followed up again on Wednesday afternoon and was told that rear rim was also bent. It was not found earlier because the damage was inside. The work was finally done on Friday afternoon. When I picked up the car, two new tires and fixed rims are on the right side, not the way I requested. I complained it to Jae Lee and he said it would cost extra to put the tires and rims as the way I requested. It is the duty of the service advisor to inform the customer when something could not be done as the customer requested. Communication with Jae Lee was also very poor. I tried texting and calling, but I wouldn't get a response until after 3-4 hours. Some times no response, or took a day, which was very awful. More

Even though I did not get to physically see the dealership, I loved the attention and felt their urge to want to help me. Their customer service was impeccable. I appreciate them and will be going dealership, I loved the attention and felt their urge to want to help me. Their customer service was impeccable. I appreciate them and will be going back for any future work I need. More
