So I took the vehicle in local mechanic shop usually I get oil change from and they told me to contact BMW dealership near by for warranty work. But, I was afraid that I end up paying more for whatever repairs it might needs beside warranty work. But I found BMW Catonsville which have the best reviews in area. No wonder why they have the best reviews in area. Service advisor Jamie and Client advisor Jae customer service was above and beyond. They were honest and very friendly. So I went up to look for a used car, but it was a BMW dealership...my 17 yr WASN'T going to be driving a BMW! And going to any dealership the salespeople are typically going to say what they gotta say to get you to buy! However, my friend said, NOT Jae....so I was determined ONLY to speak with Jae! I told Jae what we were looking for, he showed us a few cars. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and transparent!
