I worked with Jae at BMW Catonsville. I had lots of questions through out the process and he was really easy to get a hold of and full of knowledge. I was able to text him via cell phone I had lots of questions through out the process and he was really easy to get a hold of and full of knowledge. I am a difficult customer to deal with because I always have a ton of questions and encounter situations a lot of times are unusual or never happened before. Jay was patient and spent a ton of time ensurin have a ton of questions and encounter situations a lot of times are unusual or never happened before. Jay was patient and spent a ton of time ensuring my questions were correct. He even went above and beyond in my situation each step of the way even with some of the comical issues we encountered during my transaction. Hands down will go out of my way to buy from him in the future. More
