Horrible experience. I went to this dealership after seeing a vehicle advertised online that I was very interested in. I even received a call confirming the car was av I went to this dealership after seeing a vehicle advertised online that I was very interested in. I even received a call confirming the car was available and ready for me to see. However, when I arrived, things quickly went downhill. A salesperson approached me, and I explained exactly which vehicle I was there for. Instead of showing me that car, they brought out a different one that was about $10,000 more and insisted it was the same vehicle. It felt incredibly misleading and honestly insulting. At that point, I decided to leave. As I was walking out with my husband, both the salesperson and the loan officer followed us outside, continuing to insist that the higher-priced vehicle was the one I wanted. When I pointed out the price difference, the loan officer responded with, “What, do you want it for free?” — which was extremely rude and unprofessional. I made it clear I was there for the specific Jeep that had been advertised and confirmed as available by Alexis. Instead, I was treated with disrespect and condescension. What should have been an exciting and positive experience turned into a stressful and frustrating one. I have never been treated this poorly as a customer, especially when making such a significant purchase. Very disappointing. More

I think the dealership needs to do a better job at confirming the Carfax description before they simply regurgitate that info. I bought a CPO that listed cooled seats in the key features. Under the "Sellers description" it further lists "front ventilated seats". Neither are true!! When I test drove the vehicle I was more concerned with the drive ability, engine noises, alignment, etc and did not even think about checking for cooled seats. The AC was running great and kept us cool during the 10 minute test drive. Speaking from experience, leather seats are just too dang hot in San Antonio and, as I told the dealership when I brought this to their attention, I would have never purchased a vehicle with leather seats without the ventilation feature. I'm super disappointed, I now have 2 vehicles with hot leather seats without ventilation. This is a lack of oversight on the dealership and could have been prevented by simply verifying information before listing a vehicle for sale. More
