It was very convenient for me to just text/call him and ask a lot of questions and he replies right away and he is very detailed, informative, and approachable. I felt comfortable. He has an excellent customer service and went extra mile helping me find the right car that fits my budget and preference. It made my car purchase very smooth and fun. He’s also very transparent to me and gave me the best deal the company can offer. Among all 4 dealerships that i inquired, he has been most transparent and offered me no dealer markup that could have cost few thousand dollars in addition to the cost of the vehicle. I felt no stress at all purchasing the car because he gave me a very good deal. In addition to that, Jaik has been very patient with all my inquiries and me being indecisive. He was great, no pressure at all. I would highly recommend Jaik and the entire team of Elk Grove Mazda.
