I drove a 2014 Chevy Tahoe and it was well past time to trade it in. I saw a 2016 Chevy Colorado listed on the website, I inquired about it and went to the dealership the same night with my daughter. Jamie trade it in. I saw a 2016 Chevy Colorado listed on the website, I inquired about it and went to the dealership the same night with my daughter. Jamie was friendly, patient and even took the time to chat with my husband via facetime about the truck. I fell in love with it, Grubbs worked with me on payments, and we drove it off the lot way after closing time. Thank you, Jamie and the Grubbs team, for all your hard work. Tried to take $1500 from my husband by not going over the contract properly, poor example of a sales man.. Jaime took care of my husband, my husband feeling confident because he is hispanic as well was going contract properly, poor example of a sales man.. Jaime took care of my husband, my husband feeling confident because he is hispanic as well was going purchase a truck with them, the receipt my husband was giving to sign authorizing them to take the down payment of $1500 did not mention that this down payment was non-refundable, that same day my husband called them back saying he had changed his mind and was told by Jaime to go back Monday so he could take care of him, little did my husband know that today that he went back, he was going to be confronted with a total different document stating that all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE after three days, eighter Jaime knew this rule and asked him go until Monday for that reason or he is new and was not aware of this, the point is that they are not honest, thank God he went straight to the bank and they immediately moved to help him, never going back and defenitely will never recommend. More
