Bob Mcgivney has just sold us two Lexus ES300hs he very knowledgeable about the products he sells. He went out of his way to program our garage door openers in the car's systems. He encourages you to come back to see him if you have forgotten how to do something such as programming the radio or setting the cruise control. He is an outstanding sales person. I have found all of the personnel at Lexus of Melbourne to be friendly and accommodating. We had some complicated paper work to get through but Lexus of Melbourne was understanding and the cars were in our hands in a very short time. More
