Jaime Coates is the BEST customer service person EVER!!!! She has been taking care of me for my last three cars and I couldn't be happier with her knowledge and kindness. This is our 4th Lexus that we buy from Robert LaMarr an because of him we keep coming back to buy from Lexus of Melbourne. He is extremely knowledgeable on the business and the Lexus vehicles. Bob Mcgivney has just sold us two Lexus ES300hs he very knowledgeable about the products he sells. He went out of his way to program our garage door openers in the car's systems. There is a lot to learn a knowledgeable about the products he sells. He went out of his way to program our garage door openers in the car's systems. There is a lot to learn about in the new models and he is more then willing to share his knowledge with his customers. He encourages you to come back to see him if you have forgotten how to do something such as programming the radio or setting the cruise control. He is an outstanding sales person. I have found all of the personnel at Lexus of Melbourne to be friendly and accommodating. We had some complicated paper work to get through but Lexus of Melbourne was understanding and the cars were in our hands in a very short time. More
