He works tirelessly to make sure we are totally satisfied and happy. He follows up after the sale as well. If I owned a dealership I would hire him and promote him immediately! The other reason we come to this dealership is Jamie Coates our service writer. She is busier than a one legged man in a butt kicking contest and yet always does it right. She always returns calls and makes maintenance a breeze. She is on top of our vehicle's maintenance and keeps us informed of everything we need done to the car. Service is the main ingredient of a great experience next to sales. We do own 2 other cars and those dealerships can't hold a candle to the experience we get at Lexus of Melbourne. More
