First service on my new car here today. Buying the car 4 months ago was a delight and everyone was really helpful, although figuring out the Warranty felt impossible & rushed on the purcha Buying the car 4 months ago was a delight and everyone was really helpful, although figuring out the Warranty felt impossible & rushed on the purchase day (and I made wrong decisions, which luckily I was later able to correct). Service today was efficient, though I can't say it was especially friendly. When I arrived for my appointment, there were many behind front desks who completely ignored me (like in the Post Office) and I stood there like a lemon, an invisible lemon! Not what I expected (I have been used to Mercedes showrooms treatment before, though I didn't expect that here). However after about 10 minutes, once I was acknowledged, and placed into the queue, everything worked good enough. During the wait, I got a video of the entire service which is a nice touch, and very helpful (though I didn't understand half of what the technician actually said, because he was speaking incredibly fast), and they washed the car. Overall, I'll look forward to the next service (with reasonable expectations) More

I have been a customer of Sport Mazda Orlando for 8+ years and have purchased/leased 4 vehicles from them. My recent scheduled oil change & tire rotation service was very good, as usual. During their years and have purchased/leased 4 vehicles from them. My recent scheduled oil change & tire rotation service was very good, as usual. During their standard and thorough systemwide checks of my vehicle, however, the technician had replaced the cabin filter (@$91) without my approval. Review of the tech video showed the existing cabin filter to be only slightly dirty. After all, my car is only a year old with less than 9,000 miles on the odometer. When I brought my observation to the attention of my service manager he apologized, had the new cabin filter removed and replaced it with my original one. He also deleted the $91 filter charge from my invoice and said changing the cabin filter was only a recommendation. I understand that such things happen and I have no issue with it. I only mention this as a service note. Overall, I am very happy with the service at Sport Mazda of Orlando. More

Arrived one hour and a half before my appointment time and they took my car right in. Service was done quickly and they even loaded my husband’s wheelchair for me.
