Stephen was excellent. Sad that your dealership, as many other Toyota places do not have one of everything so customers can actually see what you offer. ( you do not even have brochures that show models-colors, etc) I likely would have bought a different, higher end model yhat I wanted if I could have just sat in it. This reminds me of the 50s and 60s when consumers tried a show room model and then ordered a car to their needs. I would have done that if there had been a model to see. Tough times But we settled on a car simply because we could sit in it and try it out We are hard core Toyota people, if we were not I would have walked over to the Honda, Subaru or Kia dealer where I could experience various models and make a choice. Pretty sure that Toyota had many lost opportunities because of current practices More

The salesperson, Shawn, kept me informed almost daily about the vehicle I was int We traveled about 3 hours to shop for a car from this dealership. The salesperson, Shawn, kept me informed almost daily about the vehicle I was interested in from the initial date I inquired about the vehicle to the time we were able to make the trip. Although I don’t particularly care for when the sales person rides in the car while I test drive it as I’m happy to show my proof of insurance, the rest of the car buying process was a great experience. Shawn and the other individuals we worked with were professional and informative. Very pleased with the negotiation process as well. If I have the opportunity in the future for another vehicle, I would definitely look to purchase from them again. More
