I hated the back and forth games I was forced to play. I left frustrated, exhausted and wishing I had just bought from carvana. My decades long relationship with the Duffacks is the only reason I came and I'm not sure I'll be coming back. I picked out the car in an hour and then spent 3-1/2 hours haggling and filling out paperwork.
