On November 22, 2025, I purchased a 2019 Lexus NX 300 from your dealership. My salesperson was Jamie Ramos Rosado. There were a few issues with the transaction: Second Key: The vehicle was delivere from your dealership. My salesperson was Jamie Ramos Rosado. There were a few issues with the transaction: Second Key: The vehicle was delivered with only one key. Prior to purchase, I asked about obtaining a second key. Mr. Ramos Rosado explained that the service department did not have a blank key in stock but offered to have one made at dealer cost. He provided documentation reflecting this arrangement and instructed me to visit my local Lexus dealership. However, Palm Beach Lexus did not honor the discount, and I incurred an additional expense of $117.37 (+ taxes) beyond the agreed dealer cost. CarPlay Feature: The car was advertised on your website as having Apple CarPlay. After taking the vehicle home to Boynton Beach, I discovered CarPlay was not installed. My research confirmed that while CarPlay became standard in 2019, vehicles manufactured prior to October 2018 required a dealership software installation. On November 24, 2025, I contacted Mr. Ramos Rosado, who acknowledged the website error but incorrectly stated that the vehicle was not CarPlay compatible. On December 5, 2025, Palm Beach Lexus successfully installed the CarPlay software, at a cost of $175.99 (+ taxes). I spoke John Knight (manager) on Monday, 12/08/25, and explained the issues and requested restitution for the cost I incurred due to the inaccuracies from the salesperson. He asked for documentation for these costs and said I would get a check back on the weekend. I emailed him the documentation on 12/08/25. On 12/16/25, 8 days later, I still had not heard anything or received a check. I followed up with John Knight (manager) to get the status on the check. It was quickly discovered that he did recall the issue and had not read/acted on my email of 12/08/25. I I forwarded my original email (with documentation) to Dean Serafine. He reviewed the email and was able to expedite a check for the reimbursement. Overall, it's a great car. However, what should have been a simple cash sale became a prolonged, frustrating experience due to the ignorance and apathy of a few employees More
