This is a well run organization with a customer friendly approach and attitude. I have always been impressed by the helpful staff of every Kenny Ross department. The folks in the service department at Kenny Ross Subaru are fantastic. They were very sympathetic to my situation. I had a part Fail on a used vehicle that I just purchased there that was not covered under are fantastic. They were very sympathetic to my situation. I had a part Fail on a used vehicle that I just purchased there that was not covered under my warranty. They repaired my jeep no questions asked. And did not charge me for the work nor the part.
