Great experience and didn't take all day!! I had found my truck online and the next day I went to go test drive it and hopefully purchase it. I got to Max Ford around 12:30 pm and was heading home by 3 pm. That is the quickest I have ever purchased a vehicle. I absolutely love my new truck!! Thank you Jake for a quick and great experience. I am very pleased with my purchase from Max Ford. I managed to find the truck I was looking for at a great price. Should have kept my trade in Drove from Wichita, Kansas to buy a 2018 Mustang GT with 14,000 miles that one of the salesmen traded in himself. When I got there the car was parked Drove from Wichita, Kansas to buy a 2018 Mustang GT with 14,000 miles that one of the salesmen traded in himself. When I got there the car was parked up front ready to be test drove and was covered in dirt and dust, the closer I looked I found dents and scratches past the clear coat on the hood, roof, and passenger rear quarter panel which none were ever mentioned or even pictured in the photos. I felt as if the car had been left dirty to cover it up, and to make up for it the salesmen offered an extra set of tires he had leftover from when he owned the car. It has been 4 months since I've purchased the vehicle and I've noticed that there something definitely wrong with the 10-speed automatic transmission. Since owning the car it has been to service here in town a total of 7 times and has had the valve body replaced to no success. I'm positive the salesman was aware of this and I even remember asking him if he ever had any issues with it since he was the only previous owner and he simply replied "no". Ford has made it extremely difficult to do any more warranty work here in town since they can not always replicate the issue it has which is shifting in the lower gears. Overall a bad experience since I traded in a perfectly good running 2015 GT Performance Package in excellent shape and left with a car that doesn't run right. I did purchase the extended warranty on it and took it to a transmission shop but they say they cannot do any work until the ford 36,000-mile warranty expires. To top it all off I was never offered gap insurance and when I called the following Monday they simply said it was too late, and to contact the bank which referred me back to the dealer. I should have just walked away. More
