I have been in a dealership many times but working with Premier Subaru was one of the smoothest experiences I've had to date. Since I live an hour away, we were able to complete most of the process remotel Premier Subaru was one of the smoothest experiences I've had to date. Since I live an hour away, we were able to complete most of the process remotely. There was no pressure for me to visit the dealership until it was time to pick up the car. Everyone I spoke with over the phone was patient, accommodating, and polite. When I came to pick up the car, the process was fast and convenient. I wasn't pressured into anything I did not want, which is something I've seen countless times in other dealerships. At the end, I was given a tour of the car and a rundown of all the technology features. My favorite part is that from the beginning to the end of this process, there were no surprises. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Premier Subaru in the future. More
