Stay away from this dealership. Spent a week working with the salesman Jake to make a deal happen. They would not match the trade in rate we were offered by another dealership so we Spent a week working with the salesman Jake to make a deal happen. They would not match the trade in rate we were offered by another dealership so we had to setup a trade with a different dealer to get the higher price then use that money to buy from Southern Ford. Once we had all the numbers lined up went through the process for all of the financials and insurances were told the car was ours and we were good to go. Then we get a call that the credits that they guaranteed us the vehicle qualified for didn’t go through and we would need an additional $7500 to purchase the car. They didn’t standby the guarantees they made us and said they were just as surprised that it didn’t qualify. They are suppose to be the “experts” and should not repeatedly tell a customer that a credit will be applied to the purchase and then not stand behind their wrongdoing. More
