Lots of customers means long wait to schedule service (think two weeks in advance) Infrequent communication means customers may have to call in repeatedly in order to be updated on vehicle status A (think two weeks in advance) Infrequent communication means customers may have to call in repeatedly in order to be updated on vehicle status A service light came on when attempting to pick up my repaired vehicle that was not addressed during initial diagnostics, and as a result I had to wait an extra weekend and business day to have all repairs completed (rodent damage to wiring). That being said, the employees are friendly and professional, and are willing to go out of the way to help out with specific needs & requests. My biggest complaint is primarily with the communication delays and unnecessary extra time to fully service a vehicle (six days to replace a battery and repair wiring damage when the last three days were totally unnecessary). More

Our sales rep, Bill Marnich, was straightforward and great to work with. We live over three hours away but they made our trip worthwhile. Very friendly staff, good inventory. This dealership has the most friendly, professional, caring, knowledgeable employees! They know you by first name and care about you as an individual and not with a big business attitude! The work is always done to perfection by their great service techs. One of the cleanest and most organized dealerships I have seen. Every employee you walk past has a smile and a hello for you! Surprisingly good service. Must have caught them on a good day. Had appt to have 4 new tires installed which were purchased from them, but when I arrived for my appt, I aske Must have caught them on a good day. No problem, They completed all the requested services with no issues, although they must of put the tires on insideout cuz there ain't no whitewalls !!! More

This Ford dealership has got to be among the best around! Jake Verbanic in the service department is a friendly, caring, knowledgeable, professional.
