they tried to fix my carplay and though it didn't work they tried very hard and thoroughly. Owned this car for 3 years and the carplay has always been horrible and never working properly. Maybe you could send this to the Ford and let them know. I was told by a coworker not to buy a Ford Edge she was having huge issues with hers and she was spot on and should have listened to her.
