Jake, Liz, and Sylvia I have bought many vehicles since I’ve turned 16 some from private parties and some dealers but, I have not bought from a dealer with employees like I have bought many vehicles since I’ve turned 16 some from private parties and some dealers but, I have not bought from a dealer with employees like this.... I first talked with Sylvia, she directed me to Jake then, from Jake, Liz treated me with upmost respect and was more than just the financial part of it she, was talking to me like a friend which was great. Back to Jake! Jake was understanding, patient, kind, willing to be flexible, and most of all respectful to the concerns and feelings of his clients/customers.... I voiced my concerns with him and he was able to in a very professional manner lee his cards on the table and with this experience Liz and Jake will be hearing from me soon I will most definitely buy another vehicle from this dealership/Jake/Liz..... coming from the dealership that I bought my last vehicle from treated me horribly, calling me derogatory names, and judging me. I told myself that I was not going to buy from a dealer again as I lost the trust of a sales person. I can not thank these two enough, I will buy it from them and promote their business as much as I can. I wish I could give them more than five stars, if I could I would. Great experience I had been looking for a specific car for a while. They had it in stock, I emailed them asking what their best price was, they promptly gave me a ve I had been looking for a specific car for a while. They had it in stock, I emailed them asking what their best price was, they promptly gave me a very fair quote. I drove 1.5 hours to get to the dealership, they looked at my trade in and gave me a very fair upfront price. The car wasn’t quite ready that day so Jake was kind enough to drive it to my house and take my trade in back to the dealership The dealership is small but friendly not like some of the other dealerships which I dealt with.
