When we walked into the financing office, the other Jake was friendly, but didn’t really seem to want to work with us. That being said, both Jakes spoke with upper management and they were able to get us financing. Not necessarily with the car we wanted, but this gets us to where we want to be. We are now at the point of where we are waiting to get the car. Car comes in on Monday with a broke bumper. Jake calls and informs us of this and that they’ll get us a new car. After a few hours, we decided on taking this one, having the bumper fixed and requested we have remote start put in at no cost to us for the issues. The following week, the car goes in for the bumper and the remote start. From what we can tell, the bumper is not the right color, but the dealership says they can’t get any closer. Haven’t heard back on that. More
