Jake villarreal made it easy. I knew what I wanted and Jake found it for me. I knew it wasn't easy becuase I was rather specific with price and mileage. Great experience I had been looking for a specific car for a while. They had it in stock, I emailed them asking what their best price was, they promptly gave me a ve I had been looking for a specific car for a while. They had it in stock, I emailed them asking what their best price was, they promptly gave me a very fair quote. I drove 1.5 hours to get to the dealership, they looked at my trade in and gave me a very fair upfront price. The car wasn’t quite ready that day so Jake was kind enough to drive it to my house and take my trade in back to the dealership The dealership is small but friendly not like some of the other dealerships which I dealt with. Dodge Journey Our sales guy Jake V was wonderful! He was very honest and up front with us on everything that was happening. I will 100% work with him in the future Our sales guy Jake V was wonderful! When we walked into the financing office, the other Jake was friendly, but didn’t really seem to want to work with us. That being said, both Jakes spoke with upper management and they were able to get us financing. Not necessarily with the car we wanted, but this gets us to where we want to be. We are now at the point of where we are waiting to get the car. Car comes in on Monday with a broke bumper. Jake calls and informs us of this and that they’ll get us a new car. After a few hours, we decided on taking this one, having the bumper fixed and requested we have remote start put in at no cost to us for the issues. The following week, the car goes in for the bumper and the remote start. From what we can tell, the bumper is not the right color, but the dealership says they can’t get any closer. Haven’t heard back on that. More
