I was contacted by an internet sales person when searched for prices via an internet buying service (was also contacted by two other Mazda dealers). I was impressed with the information shared by Keffer salesperson Jaleil Strickland as he sent detailed information about vehicles that met my specifications and even shared brief videos featuring the cars. This was much appreciated as I have previously scheduled an appointment to see a car at other dealers only to find the car was not available to be seen, driven or purchased. Jaleil provided all the information I needed and followed up appropriately. I was also contacted by managers at the dealership who discontinued contact when I mentioned that Jaleil was providing the help I needed. When we arrived at the dealership, Jaleil quickly brought around the CX-5and gave us a through review. He directed his attention to my wife, recognizing she will be the primary driver. Price was consistent with the internet offer and we quickly proceeded to close the deal. No issues with hard sell, quick negotiation, quick overview of other accessories or services and out the door. Excellent communication, no inconsistencies with info provided by phone or email and superior knowledge of the vehicles offered. Happy except told navigation included but wasn’t. Pleased with most of our experience we had at dealership. Only issue we have is that we were told by first salesman that the car was equipped with nav Pleased with most of our experience we had at dealership. Only issue we have is that we were told by first salesman that the car was equipped with navigation, that Mazda puts the chip in once car is bought. When we came back to take possession of car we asked again about the navigation and was told this car didn’t have it nor could they add it because we were already getting a xxxx of a deal. We were told this several times by several people. While we understand that maybe we were getting a great deal it was supposed to have navigation and we had no reason to believe it didn’t. We were going by what the salesman told us. More
