I was looking for a particular used car which wasn’t on there lot at the time. Jamal Allen worked with management to help find this vehicle. Ownership purchased the vehicle so that I was able to buy from their dealership Hassle free. Jamal keep me up to date on the status of the vehicle while awaiting the arrival. Above and beyond! I went in after having a terrible carmax experience 6 months ago and ended up in a car i couldn't afford. I decided to go into Laurel KIA and see if they wanted to resale my current car as i shared my story of going through 3 different kias. My sales person Jamel Allen tried his best to get something approved for me and he and the wonderful store manger were able to do just that! When they call me to told me i was in tears and extremely grateful for them both and KIA as well. Even today when i decided i wanted a KIA Soul base with backup camera but i just wanted a different color. Jamal made it happen! i owe Laurel KIA a lot! They have no idea how much they have helped me and even my family! Everyone's car buying experience should be this amazing! Thank you so much! More
