Customer Service Being in the Customer Service industry for over 25, this place is the best! I came to Bob Johnson regarding a recall issue on my car. When the dealers Being in the Customer Service industry for over 25, this place is the best! I came to Bob Johnson regarding a recall issue on my car. When the dealership I bought my car from did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help Bob Johnson said we will take care of you and that they did. They made arrangements to get my car towed there and had a loaner for me to use until it was fixed, they kept in touch with me for the duration and treated me like royalty. The Customer Service I received was Top Flight for the duration on my visit. For sure my next car will be through them. Thank you guys for your care. More

Excellent as always Wife went in to turn in her old lease for a new one. Got a great deal on a Equinox. I ended up with a beautiful Tahoe not planning to get anything. Very helpful with helping my wife find the features she wanted and getting ones she didn’t know she’d like. Mat with 1 T was also very helpful in getting both of us in vehicles we could afford. More

Awesome! I was in a bind and needed some car maintenance at the last minute and this dealership took me as a walk in and my car was done in two hours. I was al I was in a bind and needed some car maintenance at the last minute and this dealership took me as a walk in and my car was done in two hours. I was also able to utilize the shuttle service to get back to work for an urgent issue while the maintenance was completed, great job. Thank you! More

Thorough I came to this dealership after having the worse experience imagined with another dealership that I later learned has been acquired by this dealership I came to this dealership after having the worse experience imagined with another dealership that I later learned has been acquired by this dealership (thank god)! My experience here was grand with exception of one of the service writers being rude & nasty while intercepting my service writers work in his absence. He showed me to the pay window & handed me my paper work & started to walk away as he did I stopped him & asked if theres anything I should know or anything he should go over & " he stated I dont know you tell me " as he again started to exit ! The ladies at the cashiers windows heard his tone & answers & were offended as I was. However non the less i was referred to a manager who came over with a host of apologies a thanks for your business & a hand shake ! I admit I expected a cleaned vehicle., a car wash, a discount or something maybe even on my next visit but nothing more than an apology . For my first visit definately didn't earn a 5- star rating. After a long day of waiting & more waiting to discuss poor employee behavior....atleast the manager did go over paper work ! Not the perfect visit but they say good helps hard to find. More
