I moved to Boston in 1979 to study Oboe at Boston University School of Music. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Oboe Performance in May 1983 Magna cum laude. I continued on to get my Master's Degree in Oboe performance in 1985 from BU as well. I started in the car business with Herb Chambers Honda in September 1987 and continued to freelance on the Oboe in the Boston area until 2012 . I was the top selling sales consultant for Honda in New England for 15 years until I was promoted to the position of General Manager of Infiniti of Boston in June, 2005. I transferred to Infiniti of Westborough as GM in May, 2012. I was promoted to GM of Honda of Westborough in November, 2018. I have worked over 32 years for Herb Chambers. His passion is my inspiration in caring for my very loyal cliental many of who have been purchasing from me for over 30 years! I am so blessed to be in this position and here today!

Exercise Caution and Avoid This Dealer! I feel compelled to warn you about the dealership I recently had an unfortunate experience with. I entrusted my 2019 Honda Pilot to them for a rea I feel compelled to warn you about the dealership I recently had an unfortunate experience with. I entrusted my 2019 Honda Pilot to them for a rear camera recall service, only to encounter a string of issues afterward. Upon retrieving my car, I noticed that the air conditioning was no longer blowing cold air – a problem that had never manifested before, nor were there any indications of oil or refrigerant leakage prior to handing over the vehicle. What followed was a frustrating ordeal. The dealership declined to even diagnose the issue until I consented to pay their requested fee. Eventually, they informed me that the culprit behind the malfunction was a leaking compressor shaft seal. Interestingly, they claimed to have executed the Honda service Bulletin 23-050 (Yes, replacement of the shaft seal piece), a service procedure explicitly outlined in the invoice. This bulletin stipulates a three-hour timeframe for comprehensive inspection, repair, and refrigerant recharge. To my astonishment, their final bill amounted to over $1200, inclusive of a staggering thousand for labor. The situation borders on the absurd, leaving one to wonder what transpired during the camera recall service, given the numerous alterations to various car settings. It's disheartening to reflect upon the outcome of a seemingly routine recall service that ballooned into a financial burden exceeding a thousand dollars. Can anyone truly fathom such an outcome? My advice stands firm: unless your vehicle remains within warranty coverage, I implore you to steer clear of this dealer. In the interest of safeguarding your time, finances, and peace of mind, it's paramount to exercise extreme caution and maintain a considerable distance from this dealer. More
