John Sylvester contacted me after I had attended the auto show this December (along with many other car dealership sales people). Our experience with James was very positive and my husband and I immediately felt comfortable with him. John did stop by to introduce himself. We were able to purchase our Forester through the Costco auto program which was a bonus. James listened to my needs and wants in a new car and the one I ended up with exceeded my expectations. I will be selling my 2013 Forester to Carter Subaru in the near future and cannot comment on that yet. More

For approximately 30 years, our family car choice has been a Toyota. While the cars themselves each srved us very well, in this round of car buying, Toyota dealer experience was just not good, I think been a Toyota. While the cars themselves each srved us very well, in this round of car buying, Toyota dealer experience was just not good, I think they have over grown with too many customers to a point where their customer experience has taken a signifiant hit. On the other hand, Subaru dealer visits and interaction ( 4 Subie dealers in the area ) have generally been very positive and good. I was highly impressed with how much care and personal attention I received from start to finish in the purchaing process. No wonder Subaru has many long time fans of the brand!! I should have listened to them sooner!! More
